I contacted Zili Coperture because I had some tiles that needed replacing, which were leaking. They said, since we're doing it, they'll replace the ones that weren't leaking. The result: now it rains even where it didn't rain. I called them several times and they told me I needed to install a waterproofing membrane, to which I replied that there had never been any leaks where they replaced the tiles. They came at different times, but they did worse than before. I tried contacting them several times, but they didn't answer. Now every time it rains, my kitchen leaks like an Oliero cave.

The work was done to perfection: roof insulation, roofing, gutters, and corrugated iron. They were fast and punctual. Nico, the owner, was a great person to talk to and ask questions with. He gave advice and made sure the team did a great job. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
