Disappointing service. Today I went to the shop for a small issue with a broken disc lock spring on my motorcycle (the bike was a stone's throw from the shop in the Porte di Mestre car park, and it was impossible to physically bring it in). However, it was easier for them to wash their hands of the problem and have me contact another shop that "deals with my brand of motorcycle" rather than offer me a hand or even advice in that difficult moment. Truly disappointed.

Stefano, the salesman, was beyond kind and helpful. He did everything he could to get me the bike and have it picked up before Easter. Always friendly and helpful on the phone. Excellent explanation of how to use the bike for the first time. Highly recommended. See you soon for the 1,000km service.

They're great, both in sales and in the workshop. They're customer-focused and responsive to any issues. They're generous with advice and always available. I've purchased two motorcycles from them and will continue to use them.
