I think you're a great team, and I'm very impressed with your customer service. I can't fully rate the support yet, but the professionalism and response times seemed excellent. The only thing I would improve is your control panel. I find it difficult to upload images and articles... Always keep in mind that the user (me) doesn't have the technical skills of you programmers.
