In April 2025, I ordered an LG dual split system. I'm happy they took the initiative to call me and offer assistance. Just a few days after I paid by bank transfer, the three packages arrived in perfect condition via GLS courier. I received the invoice by email, and everything was fine. I hired a local company for installation, and everything is working perfectly. Highly recommended.

I'd like to detail my terrible experience with this company because simply saying they got the placement wrong is an understatement. I was ready at 9:00 a.m., and at 9:15 they called to tell me they weren't there to open. I opened the door, but they weren't there. They insisted, even arrogantly, but in the end, they were at the wrong address. I jokingly told them, "Oh well, we can do it."
