Overall, I'm satisfied with the result, and the installers were excellent. The lack of prior notification from production was serious, resulting in a product that differed from what was estimated and contracted. So much so that on the very day of installation, sales suggested a correction (not actually feasible in production) to meet the contract. This demonstrates poor internal communication.
