I've used this company's services several times. Today, two truly skilled technicians, Marco and Valentino, came by and in just two hours they unclogged and cleaned my drain, which had been clogged by a root and a buildup of debris and grease. The two men were particularly kind, helpful, efficient, and showed a level of professionalism I've rarely seen. The operator I spoke to over the phone to request the service, Mery, was also extremely kind and called me back right away to offer the first available date. I highly recommend this company. Like another user whose review I read, I'm giving it 5 stars because it's the maximum I can give. But the workers Sergio and Yunis who did the general sewer cleaning in our building deserve much more. Precise, attentive, and extremely kind. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. We spent 200 euros on a job that was left half-finished. Let me explain. We called emergency services because the toilet was clogged. They sent someone who wasn't a plumber, but he left the job half-finished. He didn't even have silicone to seal the toilet, and to top it off, he left all the dirt he had.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. From the switchboard with Isabella to manage any scheduled work, to the Friday afternoon P.I., where they always responded promptly. And always with expert and trained staff. I recommend them to everyone.
