Abbiamo acquistato un boiler Ariston Velis ad un prezzo ottimo. Il pezzo è arrivato con evidenti danni da trasporto ( GLS ) ed al controllo si e evidenziato un danno estetico . Immediatamente contattato l'azienda si sono subito prodigati a risolvere la questione, purtroppo non era disponibile un boiler da sostituirmi, cosi come mi avevano subito proposto . Mi hanno chiesto se potevo far controllare dall'installatore se presentava danni tecnici; cosi abbiamo fatto e l'idraulico ha presunto nessun malfunzionamento .
