This is a great place to stay if you want to visit and enjoy Venice at the maximum. The place is amazing - clean, quiet, friendly and professional. Lorenzo, Katarina and Stefania are absolutely amazing and posses excellent customer service. Slight drawabck is that they have to multi task hence it might take a bit longer at reception but it is worth the wait. There is also an outdoor place which is located as you enter the resort - more like a large conservatory where one can enjoy the peace and tranquility whilst enjoying the surrounding for a drink, laugh or just relax and reading. I can only say how disappointed I was from my stay in this resort. The staff was unprepared for our arrival. Our room had a clogged sink, we were shown to another room which was not prepared with the same amenities and therefore felt like a downgrade. The hotel is located 3 minutes away from the airport without free shuttle. The hotel requests a payment of 15 euros for this service... when calling a taxi - they said our hotel should have free shuttle from airport. And finally, we were awaken by construction work inside the hotel for which we hadnt been informed about.
