A very honest person. I called him on Saturday night, Carnival, and he immediately said he was available and was extremely honest about the price, which was absolutely reasonable. All the other locksmiths I had called had been very ambiguous with their quotes or had given much higher prices. When I canceled because I had resolved the issue on my own in the meantime, he was very kind and understanding and didn't even ask for a call-out fee. I contacted them about the lock on my security door that was giving me problems. They immediately offered to come and see what the problem was. They found that the lock needed replacing. They returned a couple of hours later and installed the new lock. They did everything in an hour, very professional and kind. Highly recommended.
