I confirm the reviews I've read about this agency, I fully approve of everything... I'll just add that other providers I've used in the past even charged me for "the air consumed talking on the phone" :-) , anything I asked for was invoiced, while now they've solved several hassles I had, even administrative ones (with domains that I had to recover), without asking me for anything beyond what was agreed upon and I believe this is a good strategy for keeping clients, you can't in a sector as complicated as IT to make the customer pay for every keystroke...
