A truly not-so-positive experience... Let's start by saying that I've had two cars repaired at the aforementioned body shop, a white Dacia through insurance (since they're a licensed dealer) and a blue Mercedes for various damages. My initial impression was decidedly positive, as Mr. Trovato himself was kind and helpful. I highly recommend them to everyone, especially Volvo owners, given Mr. Trovato's renowned passion for the brand.
