Unprofessional... Didn't translate my driver's license on time, had to change my travel plans on the last minute... Paid in advance and they promised me a refund... Well, It was 8 months ago, so I guess I'll never see my 154 Euro again. I do not recommend! Search for another place!!

Absolutely unprofessional. They did not respect the agreed timings, the translation (italian to english) had errors in my personal information and their solution was to reprint the page in english correctly, rip the stamps from the original (the one with the mistakes on it) and make a photocopy of it. When I complained saying that was illegal they got very agressive. I got my money back once I threatened to call the police. A real maffia experience. I totally suggest to look for another place.

not professional, Asked for a legalized sworn translation but they only did a sworn translation without legalizing it. I highly doubt they are a recognized translation agency, they are probably not authorized and not recognized by the government therefore the prefettura would not legalize the doc. Highly not recommended, unless you only need a commertial translation. But for that kind of stuff, other agency would be way faster.
