recently visited Traduzioni.legal in Turin and would like to share my personal experience, which was unfortunately negative. Upon my arrival, I explained that I do not speak Italian and politely asked the receptionist (a woman wearing glasses) whether it would be possible to communicate in English or use a translation app. However, the reaction was, in my view, not professional. The tone used and certain gestures seemed discourteous and disrespectful to me. At first their responses were quick and professional, but in the end, they made many mistakes in their translation from Italian to German (serious mistakes!) and I haven’t heard back yet with the corrected version. Outrageous! I already paid.

Excellent service. They were fast to respond and they delivered the translation in a few days, unlike the previous agency I used. They are well organized and professional. Highly recommended.

Great work, quality and efficiency. Very easy to startup. Very professional. The only thing its a bit pricey, but they are within the normal rage i guess.
