Do NOT use. Promise of 5 working days was not kept. Ended up being over 3 weeks. Not in Milan - documents sent to Sicily! Promises of "it will come tomorrow" were lies. I asked for my documents back - they refused to give them back to me (eventually they returned them after 2 weeks). Courier service promised but again did not use. Not one promise did they keep.

Too bad l had not read the reviews before giving my translations to this agency ! They were always courteous but with empty words. Don’t trust their courtesy! I spent 220 euros for translations l needed for my appointment at the German consulate. I even paid for DHL to have them in time for my appointment. The translations arrived after my appointment… of no use… causing me a lot of stress,delay and cost . I had the courtesy of asking half my money in refund for the work they had done. Again with courtesy they kept me waiting with no refund. They obviously don’t have a reputation to care abo

Highly unprofessional. They said the document was being processed and they never asked for payment upfront. After asking what the status of the document was, they informed me that it will be ready the next day. I call the next day, and they say that they haven't started because they were waiting for payment. Ridiculous.

They could had do it better. I was told that the doc would be ready on Monday but in the end I got it with 5 more days delay! 😭 I canceled my trip due to this
