We entrusted our somewhat complicated apartment to Tierre Infissi after speaking with their technician Simone about our unique situation. After the first inspection, we immediately appreciated his knowledge and expertise, and we quickly established a strong rapport. The installer, Marius, is excellent, precise, and clean. Simone provided excellent assistance, even with the motorized shutters. We are very happy with all their products.

ZERO PROFESSIONALISM Absolutely avoid!!! After installing the windows and doors and paying, all that was left was to program the remote control for the automatic shutters, a trivial 5-minute job. Instead, they made me wait months, and on the phone, someone from the company went crazy, yelling and swearing. He hung up and told me to go to hell. Congratulations for your politeness first and then your professionalism... I strongly advise against it!!!

Terrible experience with one of their installers. I had to have my security door installed, and while installing the wooden slats, the installer broke one and put it back in place without a word. To make matters worse, he filled the entire perimeter of the wooden slats with silicone, leaving them exposed, making the door completely unsightly. When I complained, they replied, "These things can happen." Well, what can I say! My heartfelt congratulations.

I'm happy to share my truly excellent experience with Tierre Infissi! I replaced window frames, shutters, interior doors, and a security door (basically, everything), and it went flawlessly!
