Termoidraulica Lanza

I had a few issues (and two different projects) that made my install a bit of a challenge but these people are great to work with and I highly recommend them.

At first sceptical to use the services of Termoidraulica Lanza because of the previous reviews but after having experienced them now, they delivered services in a professional way, right from the beginning! They responded swift to make an appointment for inspection to replace our Caldaia including ecobonus. The "preventivo" arrived the same day in the evening. Also additional work was no problem for them. Furthermore the replacement was scheduled a few weeks after we agreed on the preventivo and the work was carried out on time with no problems and installed professionally.

The quality of the work is beyond question. But finding someone as competent and professional as Giorgio is not that easy. Add to that his courtesy and helpfulness, and we've hit the jackpot! We're completely satisfied.

We completely redid the bathroom, redoing the plumbing and even moving the fresh and waste water drains. The work was carried out very professionally, with punctual, tidy, and precise staff. There was absolutely no need to supervise the work in progress to ensure an excellent result. The house was not dirtied in areas not affected by the work. Highly recommended!!!
