Utilizzo di piattaforma aerea e la rapida programmazione per l'esecuzione lavori...Puntualissimi, in 2 gg i 2 tecnici piú l'operatore piattaforma hanno velocemente installato le tubazioni gas in rame richieste sulla parete di 6 piani del palazzo, collegate ai contatori gas nel loro vano, e portate in sicurezza negli appartamenti... October 2021, they replaced my boiler and radiator valves. I called today because I have one blocked (everything else is fine), and they told me they can do the first visit in TWO WEEKS and for a fee because it's not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the woman justified herself by saying it's NORMAL and that they're very busy because they have a lot of these repairs... I'm speechless....

I'm writing a somewhat unusual review, since I wasn't actually able to use their services. I contacted them to fix a wall leak caused by a clogged gutter. They were very precise in scheduling the appointment, sent me a very detailed estimate of costs and the type of work they intended to do during the inspection, and remained at my disposal until I accepted it. They don't follow the basic rules for working in apartment buildings. For example, they posted signs announcing the work the very morning it began, not at least eight days in advance as required by law. They don't respect the working hours as per municipal decree within apartment buildings. Instead of taking a break at noon, they go during their off-hours.
