I'd like to share our personal experience. After reading the positive reviews, we made an appointment at the Termidra showroom in Gussago to get a quote for renovating a bathroom/laundry room. The showroom was well-stocked with a wide range of products on display for demonstration purposes. At first glance, the staff seemed a bit apathetic, but we were nevertheless treated warmly.
