After four years of collaboration, we are unfortunately forced to express a negative opinion of the company, and we explain why. On February 2, we opened a support ticket because the Wi-Fi printer wasn't connecting. We weren't assisted, so we called. Despite assurances of a technical intervention, we received no response until February 13.
