They wasted my time in the middle of an initial renovation of my home. I contacted them before the holidays to request an inspection, but they postponed the appointment until after the holidays. I reconnected on January 8th and only heard from them twice "next week." After that, one of them didn't return a few calls. Final result: I contacted them for clarification, and they said they were very busy and suggested I look for another company. They were kind enough to offer this advice, even though I didn't need it. This is what I've noticed so far: a lack of seriousness and professionalism.
