I hired this company for an important business document translation, and they completely messed it up. The translation was delayed by a week, and when it finally arrived, it was full of mistakes. I had to hire another company to redo the entire translation. Very disappointed and would advise others to look elsewhere.

A very disappointing experience. The main problem is the lack of availability: it's extremely difficult to get a response, whether by phone or in person. When I finally managed to speak to someone, the service seemed rushed and unhelpful. No clear communication and no real effort to assist the customer. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

The translation service is decent, but the prices are definitely too high compared to the competition. For fairly simple documents, I was charged a price that didn't justify the value offered. The turnaround time was normal, but at these prices, I expected something more. I don't think I'll be back.
