I'm calling this morning because for the third time I find myself with the French window to the garden that doesn't close properly, creating a safety problem. Valentina replies, telling me that these interventions don't seem even annoyed to her, as if I were making things up. I point out to her that I need urgent intervention considering that the door doesn't close as it should and she tells me that a technician will call me in 10-15 days. Service and way of behaving towards a customer are absolutely disgraceful.
