I was very satisfied right from the phone call: Mario was very kind and thorough, answering my questions and trying to understand the nature of the problem before even seeing it in person, unlike others who rushed in and wanted to sell me a new boiler. He also gave me tons of advice on heating, hot water, consumption, etc. The prices are moderately fair and communicated beforehand. Plus, there's a touch of humor, which never hurts.
