Called for a drain cleaning. We inserted a 1-meter probe and checked for a possible broken pipe. They charged us the same amount agreed upon for a full drain cleaning, but didn't actually do it. They arrived 2 hours late, with an appointment scheduled two days earlier. Immediate payment, and we waited almost two months for an invoice despite numerous reminders.

I've been waiting for invoices since March, still nothing. Every time, excuse after excuse about sending them. First the girl says she sent them, then she says she has to do them, then she says she has to go to the office, etc. Think about it before you do anything.
