The building where I live is a customer for septic tank cleaning. I called early Monday morning because the kitchen drain was clogged, probably from dishwasher drains. The lady who answered said she'd have a representative call me back to schedule the service. I waited until Tuesday morning, but hearing nothing, I called another company and scheduled an appointment for the next day at an even lower cost than theirs. I think they forgot, which would be bad enough, but it's even worse. In fact, on Thursday morning, a lady called me, as beautiful as the sun, and asked me to schedule the service.
