I was looking for a company to install microcement in Naples and found "Solo Parquet." I hired them to do some work at my home, ALSO taking into account the positive reviews, but alas, my experience was completely the opposite! They ruined my newly completed house, after years of hard work. From the first day I moved in, everything I put on the floor (chairs, sofa, furniture) left visible depressions. I visited a couple of friends' house and saw their work, installing resin in detail: the work was shocking, to say the least, somewhere between hilarious and tragic. Cracks and holes in almost the entire floor! A disaster, considering they're a couple who recently moved house and now have to dismantle all their furniture again and have real experts do the job from scratch.
