I was truly satisfied with the service provided by Silva Officina Meccanica. They changed my tires, serviced my car, and fixed a bumper, all quickly and at a very fair price. The staff is friendly, helpful, and immediately conveys a sense of professionalism and experience, which is no surprise considering they've been in business since 1968. Definitely a go-to place for anyone looking for reliability and expertise.

I used to go there, but not anymore. The professionalism is good, but I was able to see on two occasions the superficiality of two jobs done some time ago: the front brake lines were poorly installed after a job on the front axle. In fact, one broke, and I was fine with it, but it was a real scare. The other job was the timing belt. The crankcase that covers it was forced on, and a thru-axle pin was screwed in poorly, causing the belt to fail. Luckily, it made a noise, and I stopped the car immediately. However, based on my experience, I think a little more attention wouldn't hurt.

I've been to many repair shops, and then I found them. A staff of meticulous professionals, led by Mr. Antonio, who with kindness and helpfulness offers perfect service that takes care of every detail... what more can I say... the best repair shop in Genoa. 5 stars and they deserve even a 6. Absolutely recommended.

Well, what can I say? The first adjective that comes to mind is EXCEPTIONAL.
