The plants and prices are good. The staff, however, thinks they are royalty rather than clerks. There is nothing worse than Genovese service. Of course the helpful and courteous employee from the last 2 years no longer works there.

They really love their work and help you find whatever you need for your garden / balcony or gift. Reccomended

A truly charming shop! Wide selection of plants and flowers. The staff is knowledgeable and always available to offer helpful advice, even to those with little experience. I go in to ask for a bouquet of flowers for my daughter. They offer a bouquet, but I prefer a plain bouquet. I choose the flowers (old, but unfortunately it's Monday and I have to make do with what's available). I ask if they have any pink roses, but they tell me they still have to open them (it's 11 a.m.) and don't offer to open them. In the end, of course, I expect the bouquet to be wrapped in some way, like with foil on the bottom and a bit of clear cellophane around the edges. They look at me as if I'd been in a bakery asking for flowers. And maybe that's true, because I left with the flow
