Serramenti Caldon

We were greeted kindly and explained our needs. All this before Christmas. They told us they'd get back to us, but after three months...we're still waiting...we've opted for another company. We would have preferred a phone call, perhaps. There must have been some problem. Never mind.

I recommend Serramenti Caldon to anyone interested in purchasing new windows and doors for their home! In addition to an excellent product, the installation and service are impeccable! Always available even after delivery. We couldn't be happier. Our home has changed completely!

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product, but above all with the professionalism, speed, and care in the assembly. They arrived at 8:15 and finished around 4:30. In that time, they managed to dismantle the old windows and storm windows and put in the new ones, including the casings, poles, ropes, and bearings. Extremely organized and precise, they always worked trying to minimize the mess (they covered with tarps and used a vacuum when they made holes). No problems with incorrect measurements or anything else. Everything fell into place the first time. I highly recommend them!

All the windows were replaced, and I'm very happy. The staff was punctual, competent, fast, and helpful. A reliable company. Recommended.

The way I was treated was shameful, with an entire house's worth of windows and doors still to be done. Incorrect measurements, estimates that increased for no reason, ignored phone calls, wasted visits to the store, useless promises... I wasted three months of being truly taken for a ride. Edit after reply: You made the extra inspections because you got the measurements wrong, and I noticed it myself. Imagine if the windows and doors had gone into production.
