This is the second time I've used Sercon Informatica, and I can only confirm their excellent professionalism. The first time was for a serious cleanroom data recovery, which was 100% successful. And recently, for a transfer of a huge number of photos and videos from an iPhone to a hard drive; a laborious job that took up a lot of my time and energy. With great professionalism and patience, they saved all the data I had accumulated over the years without proper backups. In short, I wasn't exactly the ideal customer (I commissioned an unpleasant job), but they were an excellent provider. Highly
I was desperate when I turned to them to recover deleted data from my SATA drive. They did the impossible in a short amount of time... after providing a quote that wasn't cheap, but was reasonable for the amount of data and billing regularly... they worked with me with a professionalism, courtesy, and kindness that I appreciated. I definitely recommend this company!
They were very kind and precise in their explanations of how they could recover files, even those from the "clean room." They managed to recover all the files from the hard drive I dropped on the floor. Within a week, they delivered a new hard drive with all the files. I hope I never need it again, but if I do, I know who to contact. 🙂🙂🙂
