Sail Group Eco Energy completed a major energy retrofit project on my home, upgrading it from a D to an A4 energy rating. The project included the installation of a large photovoltaic system with storage, thermal insulation, a heat pump, and window and door replacements. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient throughout the project, always attentive to safety. Kudos also to everyone in the office who assisted us with the paperwork (which was almost the most important part today). The work was completed on time, and everything is in perfect working order.
