Terrible, incompetent window and shutter installation, poorly done, cheap and rushed, damaged windows and doors stained with silicone and polyurethane. Don't pay until they've finished the job.

Rude and presumptuous. I went to the office to see the various models and choose the construction features. I was promised a quote within a few days, but it hadn't arrived. So I asked for one, but it still hadn't arrived. So I called back and the excuse was, "Look, I have so much to do!" I "complimented" them on the fact that so much work meant so much profit, but I pointed out that I didn't feel well treated (the feeling, on the phone, was that I was bothering them), and that, after all, I was a potential customer. The response was very curt: "Then I won't even give you a quote."

Initially correct when purchasing and installing the security door. Then, a few years later, following a necessary repair, the real flaws of the selling company became apparent: my requests were virtually left unresolved or even ignored. After 20 days of fruitless waiting, I regretfully terminated the relationship. After contacting another repairer, I discovered that they also used "low-quality" products during assembly. Good luck to anyone who needs further assistance from the company. A completely negative review.

At Romagnoli Carpentry, I found the salesperson to be competent and courteous, and the assemblers to be knowledgeable, polite, tidy, and prompt. The quality and price were excellent. I'm very satisfied with the work done.
