Called Thursday,appointment Monday morning.quoted 60 to 100 Euro, the repairman turned up on time and was very friendly and empathetic of my level of Italian. the appointment was finished in just over an hour.he went to the shutter and because of the problem ended up completely opening the wall and fixing the shutter , explained the internal mechanism and some facts about it,and then showed me a good technique for the shutters to not break them.Would definitely recommend to a friend

Of course, he refused to come, not even to "inspect" the problem, which could have been solved with a ladder and a little goodwill.
