Pure arrogance! Zero stars! I simply called to ask if they're open, and a woman answered rudely, annoyed, as if I'd ruined her day. Arrogant, unhelpful, and to conclude: "No, we're not open, and we're not even open now!" So... why are you answering the phone? Such behavior is unacceptable for anyone who works with the public. Shameful. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered 5 shutters from Tolomelli for my apartment in Bologna! Excellent delivery times! Accurate assembly in less than 3 hours! The shutters are top-notch!
