Good at selling, but for sunflowers purchased 4 years ago, it took 6 visits, obviously interspersed with months of long waits for materials or availability of the staff, and to this day I'm still waiting for the work to be done. In all this time, not a single phone call of apology or even feigned interest from the owners or the sales manager. Obviously everything was already paid for 4 years ago... I strongly advise against it.

Beautiful, well-maintained showroom with a wide range of products on display, both doors and windows. The staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. I decided to purchase shutters from them as well, even though I only needed to replace the windows. I received a good price. Excellent products! Highly recommended.

I was asked to pay in full for a sunshade without even seeing it. I would have paid 40% as a deposit and the balance upon delivery, but certainly not the full amount before installation. And if it doesn't work, should I hire a lawyer? No one has ever asked for full payment up front, not even Mondo Convenienza and others I've purchased from. Avoid.

Excellent professionalism and sales expertise, but unfortunately the after-sales service leaves much to be desired. The mosquito net installed 3 years ago is already broken... it can happen!!! It's a shame, however, that the person who assisted us with the purchase never called us back even though we requested they contact us! After our request for assistance in May, they responded, after several reminders, at the beginning of July, and we still have no idea when it will be reinstalled.
