I have to say I was disappointed. I thought they were better. And I'll explain why. First of all, they have all the brands, and that's true, but they push and want to sell you Hitaci machines... they don't want to know about other brands (you notice because they do everything to dissuade you), and that bothered me. Then the prices were very high, and frankly, they didn't offer me any great solutions, quite the opposite... so I didn't get anything from them. Too bad.

I can't give a zero, but I would. I called them about the Hitachi heat pump that wasn't working in cold mode, only in heat. They came and replaced the circuit board for the modest sum of €732. The result: the air conditioner doesn't work. I called them back, and they came asking for another €140, which I obviously won't pay. The result: the air conditioner doesn't work.
