In support of what Giovanni Palareti wrote, I too was treated similarly. Unfortunately, I couldn't argue the way he did, but they did the same thing to me about scrounging those extra 50-100 euros. I needed a front wheel replacement on a Honda SH, and they said, "But it'll be 100-120 euros maximum, including LABOR." Result: 200 ⚫. He also showed me the prices of Honda wheels, and said, "Well, but labor can vary a bit." The work was also done very well; quality will pay for itself, but the mockery is not.
