Terrible experience. After calling a technician for a faulty heater, I was told, after two minutes, that it needed to be replaced, without even trying to fix the problem. Meanwhile, the callout alone cost me €50. The next day, I called another plumber, who fixed the problem within a minute, without replacing the entire system.

Aside from the already well-known branded products, I was particularly satisfied with the team of operators who carried out the work courteously and competently.

The employees showed up at my home, clearly unfamiliar with the boiler they were supposed to repair. After 15 minutes, and not even a tester out of their bag to check the input voltages, they told me the boiler needed €600 in repairs (spare parts only, not including labor) due to a burned-out circuit board. The estimate was given after they left "by phone." When I asked for a written estimate, they vanished, telling me they'd let me know by email (they didn't even ask for an email...). I made an appointment to have my boiler checked at my sister's house. The technicians showed up and didn't even know what kind of boiler it was and then they left because they don't work on these boilers... I called the office and the response was "how did they leave without doing anything?" And after the silence... make up your own mind!

I just called to have someone sent to my house to replace the boiler salts. A lady with a testy tone answered (salts that I have at home). In the summer of 2023 they had done the inspection for me at a cost of 75 euros with salt replacement and now the lady with the proud air of a champion is asking me for 50 euros to unscrew a bulb and put in something that I am supplying... and she justified it by saying that the technician was probably in the area... but I am in Palermo, not in Partinico! No comment! What happened to the kind and correct gentleman of the summer of 2023?
