Thanks to the crucial "collaboration" of the official BMW service, my wife's beautiful MINI, fifteen years old but perfect, with only 96,000 km, blew up the engine (after 10 years of meticulous service by the Giacomin workshop, without any problems and not even an oil top-up, a service done at BMW to take advantage of a discounted package - battery replacement and 3 years of oil - ended with the engine seizing due to lack of oil, over 3 kg less in less than 4,000 km). BMW service, denying any responsibility, advised against the intervention (they estimated an engine cost of around 8,000 euros

I took my bike in for a carburetor overhaul. The work was done sloppily, without replacing the diaphragms, which, upon subsequent inspection at another shop, were found to be old and cracked. They also forgot to reconnect one of the carburetors to the air filter. The result? I was left stranded on the highway with an overheated engine! Update: After I reported the situation, they offered absolutely no suggestions to salvage what could be salvaged, not good ones.

We stopped before dropping off our rental van because our rearview mirror was detached. Great service! After three attempts, one of the guys at the garage managed to reattach the rearview mirror! Especially since we were pressed for time, he was very quick. Super help, thank you so much! 🙏
