Paid bill last night after work (before the cut off point) Woke up to no electric/hot water. Called told me no manager available and also no advice or email to tell me they would cut my electric for 12 hours! That is illegal and you have to advise if you will be cutting electric and we will now change company from this joke of a “business” wouldn’t recommend. I imagine the panic if a woman had a baby at home and they cut electric and hot Water without advising. Disgusting and shameful
