Good evening, yesterday morning the Nucibella Infissi team, consisting of Roberto, Lorenzo, Alberto, and Luca, completed the replacement of all my windows. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism and met deadlines. The work was carried out to perfection, and they were very polite, kind, and helpful. The receptionists are commendable for their honesty, assistance, and professionalism. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them. A special mention also to Mr. Valentino, the perfect manager.

For the renovation of our home, we chose Nucibella for windows and interior doors. We didn't know them except for the excellent industry information they provided, which we are pleased to confirm is accurate. All the staff—sales, technical, installation, and administrative—were competent, helpful, patient, and courteous, given the construction time. Congratulations!

We were very satisfied. We replaced the windows in both my apartment and my parents'. They did the work with us inside the house. Estimates were prepared and followed by Giovanni. The work in my apartment was done by Daniele, very competent and professional, clean and polite. In my parents' apartment, the work was done by Roberto and 3: guys. Roberto was kind, helpful, very professional, and competent. We were very satisfied. I would highly recommend him. Quality materials and installation.

I can only give one star. I went here for assistance with a door that needed repairing/replacing. They installed the door in 2010, along with all the internal and external fixtures in the entire building. The assistance I received was nonexistent. What can I say? Lucky them... In the meantime, I'll get by with the help of my carpenter.

Daniele, Gabriele, Denis, and Iacopo aren't just names, but the people who make Nucibella a reliable partner. Governance obviously plays a key role, but ultimately, it's our human capital that makes the difference.
