I came across this company through word of mouth. I was desperate; my Mac had crashed and I couldn't work. Mr. Roberto immediately offered to help me. Not only did he bring it back to life, but he also got Photoshop's Liquify filter working again (I should point out that I'm a professional portrait photographer, and this filter is crucial to my work). Exceptional experience... My computer needed repair, but I was hesitant to take it in after a bad experience with another store. But as soon as I walked into Net Key, I changed my mind. I met Roberto, a fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable guy, something you rarely see these days. We had scheduled a two-day delivery date, but he called me back the next day to tell me the PC was ready. Roberto is truly a fantastic and kind person. I will definitely be back.

Highly not recommended. After a week and €20, he gave me my computer back as I had brought it. He didn't apologize to my complaints, replying, "If I get a call from a bank, your computer will be put on the back burner" and "I work with companies; I don't care about losing a customer." Furthermore, the owner never called to let me know about delays, despite having promised "ready in a couple of hours." It's hard to find the shop open, and he almost never answers his landline (the cell phone isn't on the website), and if he does answer, he takes his time. Go elsewhere. UPDATE: FAKE REVIEWS! Aft
