They say 7-11 business days, but a full 19 have passed and we haven't heard from them after paying €40 for the repair + 50% of the labor, which is €135, for a total of €175. They were slow to send the estimate, and we need to ask for clarification on the cost, since they only state the cost without specifying the cost of parts and labor.
