I call a week in advance to schedule a tire change and car wash. I arrive and find that the appointment hasn't been scheduled. I ask them to proceed anyway. After more than three hours, I still haven't received a call. I go to the shop and discover that the tires have been changed, but the car wash has been forgotten. They offer an afternoon service, but wasting an entire day for a car wash seems like too much. I won't be returning.

The owner who manages everything quickly resolved an insurance claim for me, installed the replacement part, and to thank her, I had my car washed. Everyone was satisfied. Quick, fast, and precise. These are the services that should always be provided. Thank you so much!!!!

AMAZING. I wasn't even sure it was my car when I picked it up! Perfect, clean, smelled great, the ashtray was emptied, the floor mats were washed, the tires were blacked, the rims were refinished... everything was spotless down to the last detail. The price was right for the service; they even replaced the light bulbs that weren't working. The staff is professional and truly kind and helpful. I left there with my car extremely satisfied. I needed a thorough cleaning of the car, but not a very professional one, since it was a Fiat 500 that I had to sell. The interior was full of dog hair, the seats were dirty, and the other parts were just averagely dirty. The job was done well, the tire polishing was included in the service but I would have preferred not to do it, the seats came out well and also the mats and the lower part of the interior which no longer had dog hair stuck in it, the work was even too professional for the car that it was but that's my opinion, the only negative thing was the price, I must say that if I had br
