This place has the very best customer service ever! I was deciding for awhile what my first motorbike would be, and had the very pleasure of being assisted by Mattia! He was so patient in answering my many questions, and that all in English! Because of him, I chose a different one than I originally had in mind and couldn’t be more pleased with it. The motorbike works fantastically and haven’t had any problems with it, but I know for certain that if I do encounter any problems I know where to go to! Also the staff at Moto Service always welcome us warmly and even remember us by name. Thank yo

A truly positive experience that deserves a few more words than a simple review of a business as there is a staff of very capable people behind it who are truly committed to helping you. A special thanks to Tommy who, among other things, also takes care of the motorbike rental service. I would gladly go back even if I didn't have to buy anything as I would still leave the shop with something of value even if not tangible.
