Ordered an xl size helmet as per my other helmets. Waited a few months for delivery, emailing them periodically for an update. Finally got the helmet and it was too tight. I email asking if they have a larger size and every time I email them it's weeks before they get back to me. Finally ask to initiate a return and refund only to be told it's too late. Now I'm lumbered with a helmet that I cant use and £300 out of pocket! Useless customer services and sales. No option to give a zero rating or I would. Well...waited a month for a reply here and guess what...nothing. No surprise there. Obvious

I made a order on 29/07/2020 for a helmet i have e/mailed 5 times requesting information about my missing Nobody has the curtisty to answer have called 4 times and messenger once Quote Hospitality Friendliness In-depth knowledge of the industry Pre and post sales assistance

I ordered online, but after 2 weeks I did not receive notification of the delivery date. They do not reply to mails. :( I don't understand it.
