A truly disappointing experience. After more than two weeks of waiting for the air conditioning to be installed, two technicians arrived. They simply inspected the room, called their company because they didn't want to make a decision on their own, and kept us waiting. After an hour, they simply told us they "still need to think about it," because in their opinion "there's too much work to do." And that's how it ended: no installation, no concrete response, no solution. A total lack of professionalism and seriousness.

I personally chose this company based on the many positive reviews: a month and a half after installation, we can confidently say we're completely satisfied with our choice and the air conditioning (Haier Expert), a truly excellent product.
