I recently renovated my house, and at this shop I found courtesy, helpfulness, and great professionalism. They supported me and advised me without ever being intrusive. Mrs. Marina, the person who assisted me, was a professional with great empathy and kindness, a rarity these days. The quality of the materials was excellent and the prices fair, and the items were delivered in perfect condition and on time. I absolutely recommend them!

Excellent materials but excessive prices (impossible to get even a minimal discount). Up until the time of ordering, everything went well. The tragicomedy occurred after delivery, when we received broken tiles (one in four boxes had to be discarded) and missing material, specifically a grout bag and at least 20 linear meters of skirting. After reporting the problem to the seller, regarding the broken tiles, we were told that "it's normal for that quantity" (this isn't our first renovation, and I've never had similar problems with other retailers, and above all, I've never received a response l

I went this morning to ask for information about spare parts for my shower enclosure. My washer that causes the door to slide broke, so I wanted to know if they sold or could get spare parts. Not only did they not even want to see the part I'd brought with me... but they also had a rather unpleasant way of responding, telling me that if I didn't know the supplier of my shower, they couldn't do anything!! Asking is fair game, answering is polite... maybe I can't find the parts and have to replace the glass... but if that's the case, I'll definitely go elsewhere!!!
