Terrible experience. They stated "clear costs," "certain deadlines," and "turnkey," which I felt were unfulfilled. Everything below is documented. Important: the contract stipulated advance payments based on the progress of the work. "Clear costs": First day, two overdrafts totaling €1,430 were submitted (one was later deemed undue). Third day: work suspended by the contractor for structural work, which, after a three-week hiatus, estimated the overdraft cost at approximately €5,500.
