Manolo came to service out hot water heater. He was punctual and patient (as I had forgotten to bring the documents and had to run back to the other house to get them!). Very professional, kind, and highly recommended!

We had to have MasterClima come four times to figure out the problem with our water heater, but on his second visit, Maurizio figured out the issue was from the installation a year ago (not done by MasterClima) and went the extra mile to help us fix our problem finally!! He was so knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything very well. Grazie tante Maurizio, tu sei il boss delle caldaie!!
